Notes
A security deposit of €2,000 will be requested no later than 72 hours before check-in. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, subject to an inspection of the property. Any costs for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or other breaches of the rental agreement may be deducted from the deposit, with an itemised statement provided to the Guest.
