Our Story

Jodie:

"Born in Ibiza, my family and I relocated to the coast when I was two years old, where I completed my entire education in Spain before pursuing higher education in the UK. Completely bilingual, I have fully immersed myself in the rich culture and way of life of Spain.

After returning to Spain, I joined my family's Estate Agency and Tax Consulting firm where I honed my skills and knowledge of the property market, including property sales, conveyancing, and tax obligations for both residents and non-residents.

With over a decade of experience in the industry and having raised my children in the area, I have become fully integrated into the local community and way of life. I relish sharing my extensive local knowledge and assisting others in navigating bureaucratic matters.

Being part of LOKKI allows me to utilise my unique abilities and valuable expertise to their fullest potential."

Samanda:

"Born in the UK, my upbringing was far from conventional! At the age of 2, my family and I began travelling the world on a sailing boat, attending various schools in different countries as we went, whilst simultaneously learning valuable life lessons from our surroundings.

At 13, we settled in Southern Spain and made it our permanent home. Over the years, I have built a large network of friends and colleagues along the coast, become fluent in Spanish, raised my own children and gained extensive local knowledge and experience of both the national and touristic cultures.

After a successful career in the Private Maritime & Aviation Security Industry, I turned my focus to property management and running a successful Bed & Breakfast, where I gained an in-depth understanding of the needs and requirements of both homeowners and their guests.

My unique upbringing instilled in me a sense of adventure and adaptability that has served me well in life and I learned to appreciate the beauty of nature and the value of connecting with people from different cultures. Now, as a seasoned professional in the hospitality and property management industries, I'm dedicated to offering exceptional service to LOKKI's homeowners and guests through my unique perspective and expertise."
